As an established software developer we have all the necessary expertise and proven project management processes in place to ensure the successful deployment of projects. In the case of complex projects we recommend that a preliminary study is carried out, possibly with assistance of a Partner, to fully understand the objectives of the project and define best practices

Within this framework we often recommend, as a starting point, a Proof-of-Concept (POC), a scaled down version of the proposed project. POC's can be deployed quickly and allow a customer to not only check the adequate operation of our products and specific application requirements but also provide an accurate and detailed assessment of any integration work necessary and likely timescales.


AMI works closely with an established network of partners who provide specialist integration services and industry expertise in deploying AMI based solutions. All projects and partners are fully supported by our European Development centre.
