AMI Opinion Tracker consists of independent modules that integrate and communicate with each other seamlessly via a common platform called the AMI Base Server.
Management and access rights can be set individually within each module allowing AMI Opinion Tracker to be configured to the specific needs and responsibilities of each user.
The main modules in AMI Opinion Tracker are:
"LISTEN" provides the ability to search, select, record and track opinions on specific topics.
“ANALYZE "makes performing otherwise complex operations simple such as automatic categorization and data mapping, extraction of terms and automatic highlighting of important expressions allowing the Marketing Analyst to identify and compare both strong and newly emerging signals.
“ORGANIZE” allows effective management of collected data through classification, validation and enrichment to create taxonomies and a record of permanent reference
“SHARE”: allows the Analyst to format the results and disseminate them in near real-time to internal and external clients in the form of customized dashboards.
