We had two objectives: The first was to identify the best procedure for resolving a problem even if the request was not entirely accurately formed. The second was to decrease the search and response time down to one minute in order to optimise the total call processing time. We looked at a variety of help desk solutions currently on the market but found that no other solution fully met our requirements.
