The "calculation of signatures" technology is entirely automatic and does not require any preliminary adaptation at the time of installation, a real advantage compared to many "intelligent" engines whose set-up costs can, in some cases, be equivalent to the cost of the software licence itself.

The knowledgebase's are populated and enhanced automatically at the time of document indexing by a process of incremental learning. It is possible to take into account any new vocabulary identified in a document from an external source and received via a connector in a flow of results. This document does not necessarily have to be indexed but the terms it contains can be used to enhance the knowledgebase.

New indexable information is taken into account by a synchronization module which simplifies the work of the administrator considerably. The process of Indexing is incremental and automatic, hence operating costs (Total Cost of Ownership) are low. The software does not require any specialist administration, in particular, in terms of indexing. The management of external sources is done by the monitoring tools ensuring correct and accurate operation of the system at all times.
